My name is Janice Derian, I am a Piano teacher with students from Plymouth, Northville, Canton, Livonia and Novi. In my studio I teach children and adults piano, theory, with an understanding of music history and the composer. Lessons are geared to individual interests and learning styles. I will do my best to motivate and introduce you or your child to music giving them the skills and heart when combined create the love of music.

It is important for me to further my personal musical growth through continued studies and professional development.  I am State and Nationally certified through Michigan Music Teachers Association and Music Teachers National Association I am a part time faculty member of the Music Department at Schoolcraft College with a focus in Piano and Theory.
